Odoo has an official Thai localization. When we set up accounting, these are ready to use without custom development.
These are from Odoo 19.4. Older versions such as 19.0 lack the 50 Tawi certificate and the P.P.30 export, so check which version you run. e-Tax Invoice and e-Receipt are not part of the Thai package; we deliver them through our own connection with a certified service provider and confirm the formats you need during the first review.

From Odoo 19.4 the Thai localization covers a Thai chart of accounts, 7% and 0% VAT, withholding tax, the P.P.30 VAT return and PND3/PND53 as CSV files for RD Prep, sales and purchase tax reports, 50 Tawi certificates as PDF, tax invoices showing the head office or branch, and PromptPay QR codes.
