The AI pilot includes task definition, sample data, prompts and a supervised trial. Automatic database or chat-channel integration requires separate assessment. Genesis AI subscriptions and new connector development are excluded.

Before starting, we agree 5 sample scenarios: for example creating a lead, assigning an owner, scheduling a follow-up, preparing a quotation and reviewing an AI draft. Your team tests the results against the agreed scope.

Includes fixes to delivered configuration defects for 14 days after acceptance. New features and process changes are quoted separately.

Request a separate connector assessment. We first check API access, seller account, Odoo version, licensing and SKU mapping, then quote the tested sync direction and interval.

Ready for a standard package?

You need a usable compatible Odoo environment, or a customer-provided server ready for Odoo Community installation, with the necessary licenses, access permissions and data. CRM also requires a customer-approved AI tool/API account, authorized access and a usage budget. External hosting, licenses and tool/API usage fees are excluded. If you cannot confirm readiness, request a fit check and separate quote before paying.

Full refund before work begins

You can request a full refund before work begins. If the fit check shows we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we offer an alternative. If you decline it, we refund the full amount.

What you prepare

Clean data using the agreed template and necessary system access.
One coordinator and approver, available for testing and training.
A standard configuration within the agreed scope.

External costs and excluded work

Cloud/hosting, Odoo Enterprise, paid apps and AI API usage are separate. We confirm the selected costs before you agree.
No new feature development, LINE/Facebook or external system integration, or data cleansing.
No statutory accounting service, payroll, multi-company work or monthly system support.
