Enersys is the work of a team
Led by Supaket Wongkampoo, CEO
Enersys was founded in 2012 as a software house serving organizations in energy, banking, media and government. For 14 years every piece of work has been delivered by a team, not by any one person.
We are a team of more than 15 people across several disciplines. Each project gets a team shaped around the customer’s problem, and the people who design a system are the same people who stay to look after it once it is live.
Today the same team runs both our Odoo ERP implementations and our own products, Genesis AI and PrivacyHub.
Our goal is to make AI and privacy governance accessible to every Thai organization.

Review the problem
Start from the work the business cannot stop, then agree scope and acceptance criteria with the customer.

Business consultants, analysts and the customer’s process owners
Design the system
Design the system and screens from real processes, and make clear which parts are standard and which need development.
Who is responsible
Odoo ERP consultants, UX/UI designers and the lead developer
Build and deliver in cycles
Work in Agile cycles of planning, building and review, so customers see working software from the first cycle.
Who is responsible
Software engineers, AI engineers and the project manager
Test before go-live
Test cross-department flows with data close to real work, and have process owners sign off the results.

QA, consultants and the customer’s key users
Support and extend
Support the system after go-live, review how it is used with the customer regularly, and extend it as the business grows.
