Odoo vs PEAK
PEAK is Thai online accounting software that runs fully in the cloud, with sales and purchase documents, tax, e-Tax Invoice, payroll and financial statements. If your main need is accounting and tax, working with an accounting firm, PEAK is a very good fit. If the business needs sales, stock, purchasing, manufacturing and accounting on one set of data, Odoo fits better.
We are an Odoo Silver Partner, so read with that in mind. The section on when to choose PEAK is written as seriously as the one for Odoo.

Five questions that decide it
Is the problem accounting or operations?
If the time goes into documents, closing the books and filing tax, PEAK solves that directly. If the problem is stock that never matches, lost orders or unknown production cost, you need a system that keeps operational work together with the accounts.
Do you manufacture or assemble products?
Odoo has a Manufacturing app that shares product and stock data with accounting. PEAK's package page lists product bundles on some plans but does not describe manufacturing, so if you produce goods, ask the vendor directly what is covered.
What does your accounting firm use?
Many accounting firms use PEAK, and its website has an accounting firm finder. If your firm already works in PEAK, moving to Odoo means agreeing how data will reach them from the start.
How many people will use the system?
PEAK prices per business with a user limit per plan, while Odoo prices per user. If only the accounting team uses the system, per-business pricing is often cheaper. If sales, warehouse and purchasing need it too, compare the total against the time lost to re-keying.
Where is the business heading?
One PEAK package covers one business. If you plan sister companies, a factory, or CRM and sales tied to stock, check which system covers the next three to five years without re-keying data across several tools.
Which one fits?
Choose Odoo if
- You want sales, stock, purchasing, manufacturing and accounting on one set of data
- You manufacture or assemble products and need unit cost
- You run, or plan to run, several related companies
- You want CRM and approval steps shaped to how your company works
Choose PEAK if
- Your main need is accounting, tax, financial statements and e-Tax Invoice
- Your accounting firm already works in PEAK
- You want cloud software you can start quickly without an implementation project
- Most users sit in accounting, and stock handling is still simple
Common questions
Can PEAK and Odoo run together?
Yes. A business can run sales, stock and purchasing in Odoo and pass data to an accounting firm on PEAK. Decide which system owns each document and how data moves between them.
What data can move from PEAK to Odoo?
We usually move master data: chart of accounts, customers, vendors, products and opening balances. Historical documents usually stay viewable in the old system, so the migration stays manageable.
Does Odoo cover Thai tax?
Odoo's Thai localization includes VAT 7%, withholding tax, purchase and sales tax reports (VAT-202), CSV files for PND3 and PND53, tax invoices showing head office or branch, and PromptPay QR. Withholding tax certificates and e-Tax Invoice need extra setup, so discuss them with your partner before starting.
