Accounting systems and data integration
Reduce repeat entry between accounting and e-Withholding Tax
Payments start in accounting, but preparing bank files, following up results and checking evidence can still require repeated work. We review what can connect and where people need to check before agreeing development.
Start with the payments your team already handles
Before payment
Review supplier data, tax IDs, payables and approval steps to identify repeated entry and missing information.
Between accounting and the bank
Check the exchange methods supported by your existing software and subscribed bank e-Withholding Tax service. This may start with validated files, or a supported integration.
Results and evidence
Plan how to match bank results to payments, follow up unsuccessful items and retain reconciliation evidence, with clear responsibility for exceptions.
Understand the scope before commissioning development
We agree which systems, company, bank and payment group to review, then prepare findings that support your decision.
- A current workflow map and proposed ways to reduce repeat entry
- Required data, approval points and accountable roles
- Data exchange options and provider constraints to confirm
- Development scope, test cases, acceptance criteria and a quote based on your systems
You can start with your current accounting system
Odoo or another accounting system with data export can be a starting point. We check the version, access rights, data formats and bank service case by case. If you have not subscribed to e-Withholding Tax, confirm the service with your bank before choosing an exchange method.
Your accounting team remains responsible for confirming transaction classification, tax rates and payment approval. Enersys assesses and develops the agreed system scope. A connector is not available for every bank, and full automation is not guaranteed.
Read Regulation 402 conditions and a workflow exampleDo we need to move to Odoo first?
No. We first check whether your current software can export or import the required data, along with access rights and bank service constraints, before proposing options.
Will everything become automatic?
That depends on your systems and supported bank channels. Data preparation, result matching and exception follow-up may be supported by software. Tax confirmation and payment approval still need clearly assigned people.
How do we get a quote and timeline?
Send your accounting software, bank and the problem you want to address. We review suitability and agree the assessment scope before quoting. Timing depends on actual data, systems and connection rights.
Tell us which repeated task you want to reduce
Start with your accounting software, bank and repeated task. Do not attach real invoices, bank account numbers or supplier records at this stage.
