Check enrollment, supported channels and data formats with your company’s bank.

05Are payment approval and failed-payment responsibilities assigned?

Include rejected, cancelled or mismatched payments.

06Have you defined how to match bank results, Revenue Department receipts and accounting entries?

A file submission or successful transfer alone does not establish that the Revenue Department has received the tax payment.

Enersys prepared these workflow questions using the relevant procedures. This is not a Revenue Department assessment or certification. Ask accounting to confirm the tax treatment of actual transactions, and confirm channels with your bank before configuring a system.

An ordinary bank transfer or e-Filing does not automatically make a payment e-Withholding Tax. Track payment and tax-remittance status separately and check evidence for the procedure used.
