What you'll do

• Analyze requirements, user stories, business flows, and technical specifications to design testing approaches

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for system testing

• Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, system testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing

• Validate business processes such as sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, HR, CRM, or client-specific workflows

• Test web applications, mobile applications, APIs, ERP systems, and systems integrated with third parties

• Work with Developers, BAs, SAs, and PMs to analyze issues, identify root causes, and follow bugs through resolution

• Create clear bug reports with reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, evidence, and priority

• Support client UAT, verify test results, and summarize issues that need correction

• Develop and maintain automated tests where appropriate for each project

• Use SQL queries to inspect database records and validate system results

• Test APIs with tools such as Postman or related tools

• Check test environment configuration across DEV, SIT, UAT, and production-like environments

• Contribute to QA process, testing standards, templates, and company best practices

• Report progress, risks, issues, and key findings to teams and management regularly

• Raise the quality of client deliverables across functionality, reliability, usability, and business correctness

What we're looking for

• Experience in software testing, QA Engineering, or Software Quality Assurance

• Understanding of software testing principles and the Software Development Life Cycle or SDLC

• Ability to write structured test cases, test scenarios, and test plans

• Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, APIs, or enterprise systems

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum or working with software development teams

• Ability to use SQL queries for data validation

• Experience with testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, JMeter, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or related tools

• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate bugs clearly

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow work through completion

• Good Thai communication skills in both speaking and writing

• Ability to read English documents or communicate in English is a strong advantage

• Basic scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Shell Script, Java, or other languages

• Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or JMeter

• Experience with basic performance testing, load testing, or security testing

• Experience testing ERP, Odoo, accounting systems, inventory, manufacturing, CRM, or HR systems

• Experience testing API integrations, payment gateways, marketplace connectors, or multi-platform systems

• Understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or Git

• Understanding of test automation in DevOps pipelines

• Experience working with enterprise clients or project-based delivery

Senior QA Engineer Additional Expectations

• At least 3+ years of QA experience

• Ability to define QA strategy for projects

• Ability to review requirements and identify system risks early

• Ability to design test coverage for critical business processes

• Ability to guide Junior QAs or development teams on testing best practices

• Ability to assess the impact of change requests, bug fixes, and releases

• Ability to shape automation testing and regression testing approaches

• Professional communication with clients, development teams, and project leadership
