What you'll do
Own end-to-end project delivery — scope, timeline, budget, and quality — across Odoo ERP, AI, and custom software projects
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers
Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with proactive planning
Drive work processes following Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies
Conduct regular status reporting, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 29110-4-1:2018 quality standards
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience managing software or technology projects
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, or Hybrid project management approaches
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills
Ability to analyze risks, resolve conflicts, and drive teams toward shared goals
Experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects is a strong advantage
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
