What you'll do

  • Drive B2B/B2C sales strategies for Genesis AI & PrivacyHub

  • Prospect and close deals via cold calling, social selling, networking & events

  • Build and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools

  • Conduct product demos to C-level executives

  • Negotiate contracts and hit quarterly/annual revenue targets

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns — SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing

  • Create case studies, product collateral, blog posts & email campaigns

  • Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook & relevant platforms

  • Organize webinars, events & conferences for brand visibility

  • Track marketing metrics and optimize for ROI

  • Recruit, train & mentor sales team members from the ground up

  • Build sales playbooks, processes & training materials

  • Set KPIs and foster a results-driven team culture

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • 2–5 years in B2B/B2C software or tech sales

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Strong Thai & English communication skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Self-motivated & entrepreneurial mindset

  • Experience selling SaaS / AI / enterprise software is a plus

  • Knowledge of PDPA or data privacy regulations is a plus

  • Previous experience building a sales team is a plus

  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus

  • Network in Thai enterprise/corporate sector is a plus
